Ilocos is about 8 to 10 hours drive from where I live, but the long trip is definitely worth it. It has historical places and beautiful beaches, plus amazing food! We stayed there for three days and two nights.
Paoay Church - completed in 1710 |
Sunset at Fort Ilocandia |
Cape Bojeador Lighthouse in Burgos Ilocos Norte, first lit in 1892 |
Bangui Windmill Farm, there are 20 gigantic windmills (230 ft. high) |
The beach at the front of our hotel |
Kabigan Falls |
Blue Lagoon, Pagudpud |
Hotel Beach Front at Polaris, now we are going back to Ilocos Sur. |
Java Hotel at Laoag, the first hotel we stayed in. |
Where's your favorite beach?
